At Central Park Arts, we believe that theater is more than an extracurricular activity. It is a life changing art form that gives a bridge from a beautiful imaginary world to ours. Our approach to theater is rooted in exploration, kindness, understanding and teamwork. We strive to create a nurturing environment where children can learn and grow as thespians, artists, and individuals. Our goal is to combine the flashy fun theater experience with the meaninOur experienced teachers are passionate about sharing their love of theater with students of all ages and levels. Whether your child has never taken a theater class before, or have sense they were born, we have a class that will both challenge and inspire them.

"Ms. Brookie" Brooke Bryant
Brooke Bryant, founder of Central Park Arts, has been immersed in the world of theater since the age of six, making her mark in ballet, tap, hip hop, Shakespeare, and full-length musical productions. Her lifelong dedication to the stage fuels her commitment to nurturing young talents, driven by the belief that every child deserves to discover their passion, just as she did. With a rich tapestry of theatrical experiences, Brooke continues to inspire and empower the next generation of performers through Central Park Arts.

Assistant Director
Parker Bryant is the dedicated Assistant Director at Central Park Arts, where she brings a passion for teaching and a talent for working behind the scenes. With a deep love for the arts and a commitment to fostering creativity, Parker ensures that every program runs smoothly and every student feels inspired. Whether coordinating events or mentoring young artists, Parker's enthusiasm and expertise shine through in all she does.

"Ms. Jo" Hannah Jo Shelton
Music/Co Director
Hannah Jo, a passionate music director and advocate for empowering kids through music, brings her extensive background in theatre and film, including standout performances as Flounder in "The Little Mermaid" and Belle in “Beauty & The Beast,” to her passion for nurturing young talent and fostering creativity among aspiring actors and actresses.

"Ms. Jene" Jenesis Peterson
Assistant Director
Ms. Jene, is the high-energy heartbeat of Central Park Arts. Bursting with enthusiasm and never afraid to be a little silly, she creates a classroom where laughter and learning go hand in hand. Whether she’s dancing through warm-ups, or turning lessons into games, Ms. Jene makes every student feel comfortable, seen, and excited to participate.
With a special talent for one-on-one teaching, she meets each student where they are, helping them grow with patience, encouragement, and a whole lot of fun. For Ms. Jene, it’s not just about teaching—it’s about building confidence, sparking creativity, and making every moment unforgettable.
Cleo Lewis
Advocator
Cleo Lewis is the backbone of Central Park Arts. As our advocator, she ensures the smooth functioning of the school behind the scenes and provides support to our teachers, students, and parents.

Lydia Rose
Choreogropher
Lydia Lyon started dancing when she was three. She loves to dance, sing, and write music. She fell in love with theatre when her older brothers performed in their high school productions. Her favorite musicals are Anastasia, In the Heights, and Mean Girls. She has a lot of experience with taking care of children, and she loves to bring kids into the world of musical theatre.
